First Day

Yesterday was my first day at my new gig! I put my consulting business on hiatus and joined a national nonprofit as its incoming CEO and President. I have written in the past about finding your tribe, a support system of people who are your cheerleaders & will assist you in finding clarity when you’re making your way through the fog.

Aren’t these flowers lovely? Dear friends sent them to my office to welcome me on this new adventure. I can’t say how meaningful it’s been to have people, not just in DC, be my tribe. I’m so fortunate to have them in my life and I hope that I can reciprocate.
