Ugly Delicious
One of my favorite pastimes is to eat. I am not a person who eats to live (it’s more of the other way around). Reading cookbooks is a way for me to learn more about a cuisine’s culture & watching cooking shows actually relaxes me. So when Davis Chang’s Ugly Delicious started streaming on Netflix, I was all about it.
I’m on my way to finishing all of the episodes & as a woman whose mother is Vietnamese, I was especially intrigued to watch the episode about Viet Cajun food. That particular episode also talked about New Orleans & I was all about it.
If you want to get hungry and then begin a search for tacos, bbq, pizza & the like then binge all the episodes! I may have gained a bajillion pounds because I was basically like we need to eat all the food now.
