Meat Moratorium
So it begins…. so long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, good night, I hate to go and leave this pretty sight.
I will say hello big juicy burger in 40+ days….in between my new BFF will be of the seafood variety!
I could only consume ½ of this humongous burger because it was also the same day as the Lunar New Year dinner and I had to save some space!
Did I manage to eat my meal list? Well, sorta….
I had my pho (a traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup) so check
I had my burger from Ray’s Hell Burger so check
I had my jumuluck from Honeypig so check

I missed out on Ben’s Chili Bowl because who wouldn’t want to eat Ben’s hot smoke and/or chili cheese fries?!!

So it wasn’t a total bust!
If you see any photos of meat dishes during the season on the blog, I will probably be off to the side salivating…..
