Finding Peace
Do you have days when you want to clear your mind? There are times when I fall asleep from exhaustion and yet wake up a few hours later because my brain is whirling. As a result, I stay up and can’t function the rest of the day because I didn’t get enough rest.
I am horrible with meditating. Clearing my mind is a challenging activity! Sometimes I see a blank slate and then my mind starts to wander & boom! My brain is back to racing.
Regulating my breathing helps and pushing sand around can be relaxing too! What apps or tools do you use to help in finding peace?
