All the Veggies for Sunday Dinner

If I’m not traveling on the weekend, you can likely find me at my family’s house for Sunday dinner. I call it the Compound. My mom is the oldest of 9 and the majority of her surviving siblings live less than a mile from her and in fact, live next door and down the street from one another.

We gather on Sundays for dinner and usually it’s Vietnamese food! I’ll cook dinner when I know that my aunts have had a busy week. So this week I’m cooking filet mignon and all the veggies.
