I think it’s no secret that I enjoy bacon. Really, have you seen my twitter background? My sentiment about bacon really extends to all meat. Every year I give up meat for Lent and although not very difficult, I feel like I miss out on eating some delectable options. So going to The Partisan was a real treat with so many extraordinary choices. It helps that they share space with Red Apron Butcher too! My next visit is going to include their fried chicken so I’m bringing friends!
The Mister and I started out with cocktails in the very spacious bar. The lighting, although dark is quite welcoming and made me feel like I was stepping into a hidden den.
